why is there a rainy season in singapore?
is it because of the monsoon?
is it because of the prevailing monsoon winds?
now it's nov/dec period, so it's NW offshore monsoon winds.

just had a very interesting, i shld say, conversation with my parents.
while we were eating chicken rice for dinner.
mum: this chicken cost $7.70 today, & it's like $6.90 only ytd.
dad: yah, the price of chicken has increased like so much.
WANTING: huh why?
dad: because the price of chicken feed has gone up.
WANTING: oh icic, so the price of "chicken" in geylang has gone up too? XD
