it's just plain cliche la.
don't they just get tired of wearing the same tee/pants with a random stranger on street?
perhaps millions of random strangers.

basically, i think the law is super dumb la.
i mean like people take taxis for the convenience.
& most imptly, THEY PAY MORE.
if they can only alight at taxi stands, might as well take bus/MRT
