Curse those money changers who are super rude.
I went to compass to check out the rates for taiwan dollars and it's still 22.2
Not the exchange rate that I expected.
Would have changed the money if not for his rudeness.
The money changer is super super super rude!
When I asked him why the exchange rate he is giving differs so greatly from that found on the net, he gave this super irritated look (damn qian bian!) and said that it's supposed to be different since he's buying with the internet rate and selling to us at his own rate.
I don't mind him giving the look, but he carried on rambling on how people don't understand this and kept on asking him.
I FEEL LIKE JUST SHOUTING INTO HIS FACE.
"THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE HERE FOR RIGHT! TO EXPLAIN! IF NOT YOU'LL BE OUT OF JOB! WTF!"
Oh well, can't be bothered with him.
My mum changed for me for a better rate. :D
And she says the money changer guy is so nice and explained to her PATIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY!
